Very simpatico reps. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and very efficient. My rep even helped me understand some of the “dashboard” technical tricks.
I have not had a good experience in the past. Miis-communication being the biggest problem. But this time Marcelo Dimas did an excellent job with communication and was very pleasant and efficient. Definitely moved my rating up. It would be a 5 but I had to call back after making the initial appointment, when I was told a service advisor would call me with the information the appointment person couldn’t answer.
Friendly, efficient service. I like the videos that are sent following the visit. Marcelo is extremely friendly and helpful.

My new-to-me certified pre-owned MINI just arrived--shipped to Seattle from San Fran--and when I opened the door to take it for a spin I was overwhelmed by the smell of wet dog. Shame on me for not getting a third-party inspection when buying a car out of state, but I never imagined a MINI dealer would sell a car that literally stunk. It also has a noticeable sticky substance on in the back seat. I contacted them to see if they would help me with it and was told I had to pay to have the car detailed.
I called Birendra Friday around lunch about a Countrymen Hybrid that I could not find anywhere else. He had me in the showroom that afternoon looking a beautiful white one and I purchased it the next day. He walked me through the whole process and made it very easy.
I was very happy with my experience overall, Birendra was great and very helpful. Erin was also very informative and I loved having his dog for company.
I recently purchased a new car from the SF dealer and worked with Birendra. He's super easy to work with. Birendra understands my needs, he tried his best effort to get me the car I like, with reasonable price. I was very pleased with the buying experience. The selection they have in this dealer are really nice. I highly recommend this dealership, and the high quality service from Birendra won't disappoint you!
We came to MINI a few times with the intention of buying either a used cooper or a countryman. On our third visit after working with Birendra, he helped us narrow down our priorities and recommended the clubman given our goals. It also happened to be a much better value for money. After a quick test drive and looking at the numbers, their lease offers were much better suited for us and we couldn't have done it without Birendra! We are very happy with our new car!
Had a great experience at San FRANCISCO Mini. They had the Countryman I wanted and it was in perfect shape. Salesman Birendra was very professional and took time to show me all features before the test drive and after the sale. He mafe sure we could drive on not so busy streets so I could get a real feel for the car. Would definitely recommend him and the dealership.

Great experience buying my second Mini from the MiniSF 😊. It's the same place from where I got my first Mini! I feel they are pretty good with their inventories and also very good with customer relationships!
I have been a loyal Mini owner for over 10 years. I have always driven a base Cooper hatchback and when the time came to trade in my old 2013 Mini I thought I would explore the possibility of upgrading to a Cooper S. Not only did they find the right the right S model for me, it was a 4 door loaded with special features and a ton of warranty time remaining
Mini is SF reached out to me about buying my 2011 Hardtop Mini Cooper. I finally decided it was time but wasn't ready to give up on having a Mini. Birendra Kiran was excellent; told him want I wanted and he showed me a couple of options. Of course I fell in love with this one. Mini arranged Finance and I felt well rewarded for being a loyal Mini of SF customer. Great experience, great people.
